Retreats with Ira
Bali
Ubud, Bali, Indonesia
Where the rice terraces breathe with you.
Ubud is Bali's beating spiritual heart, a green hollow of terraced rice fields, river gorges and water temples where daily life still moves to the rhythm of offering and prayer. With Ira, you settle into this softness slowly. Mornings open with classical Hatha and pranayama as the mist lifts off the paddies, afternoons drift through temple courtyards and quiet meditation, and evenings close in the deep resonance of sound healing.
This is not a holiday you return from tired. It is a homecoming you carry within you. Between the practice, you walk among the Tegallalang terraces, sit in stillness near a holy spring, and share satvik vegetarian meals drawn from the island's abundance. Days are unhurried and purposeful, designed to dissolve the noise and return you, gently, to yourself.
In Ubud, you do not escape your life. You remember how to inhabit it.

From our travellers
Words from Bali.
By the end I was wishing it could last longer. Morning walks, yoga in a temple, sound healing, I felt completely at peace.
Ubud worked on me quietly. Ira's mornings were so grounding that I left lighter than I have felt in years.
