Ira Trivedi is a celebrated Yoga Acharya who teaches classical Hatha yoga rooted in the ancient texts, pranayama, asana and dhyana. In 2017 she was honoured by the BBC as one of the world's 100 most influential women.
She holds certifications from the Sivananda Vedanta Centre (E-RYT 500) with over 2,000 hours of training, has led yoga on national television including Doordarshan and India Today, and helped open the first International Day of Yoga at Rajpath, New Delhi.
A best-selling author of eight books, including India in Love and The 10-Minute Yoga Solution, Ira founded Yog Love and the Namami Yoga Foundation, with a mission to train a million yoga teachers.
